CHINA ELEGANCE<00476>-Amendment to Result Announcement (advised by CHINA ELEGANCE)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from China Elegance (Holdings)
Limited which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the results announcement form submitted to the Exchange 
on 13/6/2006, the Company would like to inform that there was a typo in 
respect of Note A in the results announcement form for the year ended 31 
March 2006. In Note A, the comparative figure regarding impairment loss of 
goodwill should be Nil instead of HK$1,050,000."
